Painting Of the Phantom and Christine. I created it using Gouace, some Acrylics, and Color Pencils. It was created poster size and is about 40 inches tall.
Strong, mighty looking phantom= Unconscious phan-girl <3
Wow, absolutely awesome! Love the broken mirror effect!
Wow, this is really beautiful!
Um... *can't comment because it's so good!*
I just love the shattering mirror effect. How'd you do it?
That's beautiful! I love how you can't really tell if he's protecting her or possessing her. Beautiful techniques as well!
Awesome I love that movie...
It's wonderful but I think Christine looks a little old...
The colours work really well together!
Absolutely gorgeous! Fave. :'3
Beautiful! I love the cracked glass...
Although I don't generally go for Phantom pieces that are based on the 2004 film, your work proves to be a much-admired exception. While most other pieces of the film I've seen are primarily direct ripoffs of publicity shots or pinup images of a bare-chested 'Gerik', this piece has a great deal of atmosphere, beautiful coloring. Very original and eye-catching! Great job!
Thanks! I am more of a fan of the Original Broadway show but my wife and I had just seen the movie when I started working on this. I had the movie on the brain and did like the look of the film a lot so I went with that. I wasn't trying to capture the actors exactly but more use their essence I suppose.
I really love this, a very well done piece, I love the way that there are colored, and I also adore the BG. A very wonderful picture of a wonderful play. <3 I love the phantom of the opera and you have just captured its beauty in this picture. And I hope you do not mind if I fave^^
GORGEOUS!!! i love the shattered glass!!
